01 · The short version
You’re welcome to use Conquer The Board Exam to review for your board exam. The content is a study aid, not a guarantee that you’ll pass. Don’t copy or redistribute our questions, don’t tamper with the app, and don’t treat the AI Tutor as the final word. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
02 · Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using “Conquer The Board Exam” (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and XenonLabs (“we”, “us”, or “XenonLabs”), the maker of the App.
03 · Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial exam review. That licence includes downloading and storing content packs for offline study.
You may not:
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its content
- Reverse-engineer the App, except to the limited extent the law permits
- Copy, scrape, or extract question banks or other content
- Use the App or its content to build or train a competing product
- Install or run the App from anywhere other than the official App Store or Google Play — modified or sideloaded copies are blocked and will not open
04 · Account & age requirements
Conquer The Board Exam asks you to sign in once, with Google or Apple, when you first install it — this confirms your purchase and lets you download exam packs. You’re responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.
05 · Our content
All practice questions, explanations, mock exams, study plans, illustrations, and code in the App are owned by XenonLabs or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
The App is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination or licensing body, in the Philippines or elsewhere. Passing any exam depends on many things beyond this App.
06 · Your content (notes, bookmarks, support emails)
Anything you create in the App — your bookmarks, your study settings, and any flashcard decks or practice tests the AI Tutor builds for you — belongs to you, and in this version it stays on your device. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Support emails and feedback you send us may be quoted, anonymously, to help us improve the App. If you’d prefer we didn’t, just say so in your message.
07 · Purchases & AI Credits
Conquer The Board Exam is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. Buying the App includes one board exam of your choice. Each additional board exam is a separate one-time in-app purchase.
The AI Tutor runs on AI Credits — an optional one-time purchase. The rest of the App (practice, mock exams, analytics, flashcards) works fully without buying credits.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your device’s app store and validated through our payments partner. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. When a refund is granted, any unspent AI Credits from that purchase are removed from your balance; credits already spent before the refund stay spent. If something has obviously gone wrong, write to [email protected] and we’ll help.
08 · AI Tutor — important disclaimer
The AI Tutor can be wrong. It is a large language model that generates explanations on the fly — useful, often right, occasionally confidently mistaken. Cross-check anything important against the official answer key or your reviewer.
We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI Tutor responses, and we are not liable for exam results based on them.
09 · Prohibited use
Please don’t:
- Use the App to cheat during an actual exam
- Share your account or App content with others to avoid paying
- Tamper with, sideload, or reverse-engineer the App to get around its store-purchase checks
- Overwhelm, scrape, or automate abuse against our servers
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of local law
We may suspend or revoke access for anyone who breaks these rules.
10 · Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular result — including passing your exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
11 · Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we discontinue the App, or where the law requires it. Your on-device data remains on your device until you delete it.
12 · Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the proper courts of the Philippines. Before going that far, please email us first — we mean it; most things get sorted in a single reply.
13 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we’ll update the version and date above and post a notice in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
