Do I need an internet connection?

The first time you open the app you sign in and download your study content — that part needs a connection. After that, practice quizzes, random quizzes, mock exams, and your saved bookmarks all work fully offline. Only the AI Tutor needs to be online.

How much does the app cost?

It’s a one-time purchase on the App Store or Google Play — ₱199, with no subscription. That price includes the first board exam you choose. Studying for more than one board? Each additional board is a separate one-time unlock (₱199 each), bought inside the app. The AI Tutor runs on optional AI Credit packs, also a one-time purchase — and you can use the full study experience without buying credits.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a quick one. You sign in with Google or Apple the first time you open the app so we can confirm your purchase and download your study content. There’s no email-and-password to remember and no separate sign-up form.

Which exams do you cover?

Six: the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), Philippine Nursing Licensure, Certified Public Accountant, Civil Engineering, Criminology, and Medical Technology.

How does the app pick which questions I see?

You decide what to study — pick a subject and topic for focused practice, or pull a random set from a whole subject. Mock exams shuffle a full board-style set for you, and your Mistakes list keeps the items you got wrong so you can come back to them.

Can I study for more than one board?

Yes. Your purchase includes one board of your choice; any other board is a separate one-time unlock (₱199 each), bought right inside the app. Open Profile to switch which board is active; your progress for each one is kept separately on your device.

What are the different Tutor modes?

When you open the Tutor tab you’ll see several modes — for explaining a tricky question, walking a topic step by step, building a quick custom practice test, or generating a flashcard deck. Pick the one that fits what you need, then start chatting.

Where do the tests and flashcards the Tutor makes for me go?

Anything the Tutor builds — practice tests, flashcard decks — is saved in your AI Library, on the device. Open it any time to revisit, retake, or review.

Why does the app say my copy isn’t authentic?

The app only runs when it’s installed from the official App Store or Google Play. If you see that message, delete the app and reinstall it from the store on your device — that clears it up.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Your study history — streaks, scores, mistakes, notes — is stored on the phone itself and isn’t synced to the cloud in this version, so it doesn’t transfer between devices. Your purchase does travel with your account: sign in with the same Google or Apple account on the new phone to re-download every exam pack.

What happens to my progress if I delete the app?

Because progress is stored only on the device, deleting the app erases your streaks, history, and mistake journal, and that can’t be undone. Your purchase stays attached to your account, so you can always reinstall and download the content again.

How do the AI Tutor and AI Credits work?

The Tutor explains questions in plain language. Every Tutor message uses AI Credits, which you can buy in one-time packs — there’s no subscription. Credits are tied to your account, so they travel with you across reinstalls.

Why is the AI Tutor sometimes wrong?

The Tutor uses AI to generate explanations on the fly. It’s right most of the time but can be confidently wrong. For anything high-stakes, cross-check its explanation against the official answer key or your reviewer.

Are my AI Tutor chats private?

Your conversation history stays on your device — we don’t keep it on our servers. The text of a question you send is passed to our AI provider only to generate the reply. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

I found a question with a wrong answer.

Tap the flag icon on the question screen and tell us what’s off. That sends us the exact item so our content team can review it and correct it for everyone.

03 · Sign-in & install

Most sign-in and install problems clear up in a minute or two. Try these in order:

  1. Check your internet connection — signing in and downloading packs both need one.
  2. Try the other sign-in option — if Google is stuck, Apple often works, and the other way round.
  3. Make sure the app came from the official App Store or Google Play.
  4. Still stuck? Email us with your device model and what you saw on screen.

Install from the stores only. Conquer The Board Exam checks that each install is a genuine, paid copy. A version downloaded from anywhere other than the App Store or Google Play is blocked and will not open.

04 · Purchases & AI Credits

The app purchase and AI Credit packs are both handled entirely by Apple or Google through your device’s store. We can see that a purchase happened, but the payment — and any refund — is on them.

  • Missing AI Credits after a purchase: make sure you’re signed in with the same Google or Apple account you bought them on. If they’re still not showing, email [email protected] with your order ID and we’ll sort it out.

Spotted a wrong answer, a typo, or an outdated reference? Two ways to tell us:

  • In-app — tap the flag icon on the question screen. Fastest, and it sends the exact question ID automatically.
  • Email — write to [email protected] with a screenshot. Best for typos that span several items.
